I’m not gonna lie, I miss my comic sans, rest in peace comic sans MS. Besides that though, intentions, that’s what today’s writing is for… obviously. That’s about all I really have to say about that lol. However I can get more specific, today is about what intention is, the importance of intentions, and places where intention means all the difference. There's not much too say about what intention is, man hasn't this been happening a little to much recently? Lol, anyways, intentions is the "why" of the things you do. Pretty simple, right? There is always one of these(intentions) for every single thing you do every day. That includes showering, that includes using the bathroom, that includes donating to the homeless man, that includes going to work. Everything. Sometimes these intentions are subconscious, and you don't think about it, sometimes the intention is conscious, and sometimes, the conscious intention is a facade to cover the deeper subconscious intention. These intentions that you have, mostly the conscious and "hidden" subconscious ones, are important for the reasons that it is the answer to the "why." and if you ever met Socrates, you'd know he loves that question, you gotta give the man an answer. However one important example of intention is breaks. I've wrote a writing on breaks (read it here) and in the writing I wrote about how if you need a break, that's not a good sign, but I can say now, there's more to it. I'll use the job example I used in the breaks article. If you want a break from your job, as in loathing the job you're doing, then you don't come back. However, if you need a break from your job, as in overworking yourself, then just take a simple break. Also, knowing your intentions is good for you, it'll help you understand who you are as a person, your strengths and flaws, and ways you can better your character, not saying you're flawed, but we can all be better people. I now want to go into a certain situation of an intention we don't think about, or we do, but we somewhat lie to ourselves, warning, possible cynicism in the following sentences haha. That is donating. Donating is something good to do, you're giving something for a hopefully good cause. However one thing that people often think, especially when celebrities donate, that it's for publicity, and intention. However we judge these people without knowing their intentions, some may do this for publicity, yes, however some may do it out of the kindness of their character. With that said ask yourself why you would give money to a homeless man on the street? Pity? No, it's to feel good about yourself, you gain from it, your brain's intention is to gain some endorphins and feel good, so do we really have the right to judge? The money is going to a good place anyways, chill out, it's okay.

That’s all I got for today though, my intention with this writing was to teach about intention, the importance of it, and what it means. Hopefully that intention was fulfilled, and hopefully you can correct your mind for certain things, don’t be a cynic, it’s too hard haha. Anyways, I do hope that you enjoyed, I’ll see you next week, and peace. Original
